Returns will only be accepted for unused products and should include all of the original packaging as when it was delivered. Used merchandise may not be returned unless defective. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or defective, in which case we will replace with the identical product. If your returned package is accepted in original condition we will issue a refund for the price of the product but the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs. If eligible the refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the order within 1-3 business days. Your credit card provider may require an additional time to process this transaction. If a defective item is eligible for a replacement we will send out a new identical product with no additional shipping charges within 1-3 business days.
