At Niven Morgan, we strive to provide a seamless and reliable shipping experience. Customers in the United States may choose from three shipping methods. Please note that shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories may incur additional surcharges. Certain heavy or oversized items may not qualify for UPS 2nd Day or UPS Overnight shipping.

- UPS Ground
- UPS 2nd Day (Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST on Friday, or on Saturday and Sunday, will be processed the following Monday.)
- UPS Overnight (Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST on Friday, or on Saturday and Sunday, will be processed the following Monday.)

- UPS deliveries occur on weekdays only.
- Orders are typically processed within 24 hours during business hours (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST, excluding holidays).
- If there are any issues processing or shipping your order, we will contact you within two business days.
Additional Shipping Policies
- We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses, U.S. Territories, or international locations at this time.
- Sales tax is automatically applied to orders shipping to Texas addresses.
